The qucik acesses function allows you to quickly and easily create links in your BackOffice. If you regulary carry out certain functions in your BackOffice, setting up links gives you a fast way to jump from one section to another.
Go to: BackOffice>>Tools>>Quick Accesses

The current links will be displayed. Each of these can be editited, deleted or specified to open in a new window. Each new link that you add is added the to quick access drop down menu in your backOffice (It is not shown in the FrontOffice)

Click "Add New"

Name: Enter the name you want to call this link (not too long)
URL: Enetr the URL (the web page) that the browser should go to when you slect this link.
Open in new window: Do you want to oepn this page in a new browser window.
Select "Save"
This new link is now added to your quick access menu
If you are using multiple languages, remember to enter the Name for each by clicking the flag and entering the text in that language
