The pdf configuration allows you to specify the default encoding and font to be used in PDF documents based on your installed lanuguages.

To change the encoring for different lanugaues you will need to change the store lanugaue by clciking the flags (the lanuguages you have installed), then choose the encoding and the save. Do this for each lanugaue and then retrurn to your default language.

Go to BackOffice>>Preferences>>PDF
