Employees

Employees are in effect the people in your organisation that you would set-up to have access to Prestashop BackOffice. Before you setup employees we recommend that you first set-up profiles, and permissions  (although only the profile is required in this section)

To add a new employee, select the "Add new". The following screen will be displayed.

Last Name: Enter last name (Note this will automatically convert to uppercase, we are not really sure why)
First Name: Enter the first name
Password: Enter a password, min 8 characters (letters, numbers and -_ only)
Email address: eneter the email address for this user
Status: The default is allow. If you set this to dissallow, this user will not be able to log-in
Profile: Choose the profile for this user from your drop down list

Press Save

Please be aware that many sections are incomplete as this site is currently in middle of major update
